Prices And Payment
Prices are in £ sterling and Euros and include UK VAT at the appropriate rate. Delivery charges are not included in the prices quoted but are calculated at checkout before purchase. We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards. Payment is taken once we have established that we can fulfil your order, checked details and stock availability.
We deliver within the UK Mainland and selected EU countries and are one of the few companies that holds stock in the UK and Europe.
Collection is available in the UK Free Of Charge just call and collect.

We cannot guarantee delivery times but we aim to deliver within the following time scales (working days). All items are sent fully insured and tracked at no extra cost to the UK Mainland and Select EU countries only. If you need it quicker please call or email us.

Delivery Costs
The delivery costs are calculated depending on the weight and your location, Please select the destination country to calculate the shipping costs in your basket before checkout.
Purchasing
All items offered on our website are subject to availability. To purchase any of the items on our Web Site, click the "Add to Basket" button shown on each product page. When you place an order to purchase a product by clicking the button "Order Now", we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've accepted your order or dispatched the product to you. The contract will be filed. For safety reasons your order’s data are not accessible via internet. We keep these data in confidence according to our privacy policy.
Cancellation/Liability
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods) and return them for a full refund. Should you cancel the contract we will then refund you the price you have paid for the goods. It is your responsibility to give notice of your wish to cancel within this cancellation period by email, fax or letter. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. The goods must be returned in the condition sent at your expense and we would recommend for your own protection that you use a recorded delivery service.
Any claims for loss damage delayed delivery or injury and any other claim will be considered by us on an individual basis. Our total liability for any such claim is the value of the goods purchased excluding delivery.
By purchasing an item from us you are accepting our Terms of Service, Guarantee/cancellation rights and liability claims as specified on this page.
After-Sales Services and Guarantees
In the unlikely even that your purchase arrives damaged or faulty and is reported within 30 days of receipt we will either at our discretion do the following (1) replace the item at our expense or (2) replace any parts required free of charge. If after the 30 days we will replace any parts required for FREE up to 90 days after purchase including shipping as we realise that many items will be presents. After 90 days normally a small delivery charge applies to parts up to 1 year old from date of purchase.
We always try to deliver all parts within 7 working days depending on the age of the item.
If any item is returned to us and is faulty excluding minor imperfections caused in the manufacture or hand painting process we will also refund the delivery charges under the DSR regulations.
Should you ever require any parts for any of our items outside this period or even years down the line after many fun hours of use simply contact us normally only a small delivery charge applies.
